Privacy notice

This notice explains how Purrcha (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit trypurrcha.cc or order from us, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What this website collects

This website has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse.

Our photo frame (/filter)

When you use our photo frame, your camera and photos are processed only on your own device. Nothing is uploaded to us or stored by us. Camera access is used only while the frame page is open, and only after you allow it.

When you order on WhatsApp

Tapping “Inquire” or “WhatsApp us” opens WhatsApp. If you message us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, order and pickup or delivery address. We use them only to take, prepare and deliver your order, and to reply to you. Your use of WhatsApp is also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Catering enquiries

If you contact us about private catering, we use your contact details and event information only to respond to your enquiry and to plan your event.

Sharing and keeping your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers we need in order to fulfil your order, such as a delivery rider, or where the law requires it. We keep order details only as long as we need them for the order, our records and our legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop using it, by messaging us on WhatsApp at +60 17-981 0298. We will reply within 21 days.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
